WORLD NOGI JIU JITSU CHAMPIONSHIP
Daniel Strauss won GOLD in the Juvenile LightWeight division to become world champion, Nick Brooks
won BRONZE in the FeatherWeight Division then went on to take SILVER in the Open Weight Division

NORTHERN OPEN
Daniel Strauss fought excellently to take BRONZE in the Adult FeatherWeight Division at the Northern Open
Submitting His 1st Opponent who was a GOLD medalist at SENI this year with a rear naked choke,
Then submitted his next Opponent in a minute and a halfwith a triangle choke to close
out the division with his team mates
SOUTHERN OPEN
Lubo Repasky & Dean Carr both fought well at the Southern Open, Lubo Narrowly
missing out on a medal losing the 3rd/4th place fight in a really difficult middleweight divsion,
Dean Carr also came close to the medals winning his first fight with a really tight choke before
losing his Q/Final fight on a single takedown
Reyson Gracie (3rd son of Carlos Gracie) and one of only a small handful
of people in the world to achieve a Red Belt in BJJ,
will be holding a seminar at Roger Gracie Academy.
6th October 2-5pm cost £35
The seminar is open to everyone regardless of experience or academy.

Winning the Super HeavyWeight division for the 4th year in a row,
and also winning the prestigious Absolute title, Roger submitted all but 1 opponent
in a clinical display of attacking JiuJitsu
